Return / Exchange Policy
Made-to-Order Items
Because each item is custom-made, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged in shipping, or incorrect. If you feel you have extenuating circumstances, please reach out to us at qtsstore@perfectpromo.net and we’ll coordinate with the QTS Team to see what can be done.
Ready to Ship Items
Due to the custom nature of these goods, we offer a 30-day size exchange policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request an exchange for an alternate size of the same product. No refunds allowed.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and preferably in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items must be returned using the provided label in order to ensure your exchange is processed correctly.
Once your return is received at our warehouse, we will process and ship your exchange order.
